PETITION SUMMARY

The following constitutional provisions shall supersede all
conflicting Nevada law regarding eminent domain actions.

Property rights are fundamental constitutional rights.
Transfer of land from one private party to another private party is
not public use.
Before the government may occupy property, it must provide appraisals
and prove the taking is for public use.
Property must be valued at the use which yields the highest value.
Government actions causing economic loss to property require the
payment of just compensation.
Only currently elected judges may issue eminent domain decisions, and
such decisions must be published to be valid.
In each action, the property owner may disqualify one judge at each
judicial level.
Just compensation is the sum of money including interest compounded
annually necessary to put the owner in the same position without
offsets as if the property was not taken.
Property taken but not used within five years for the purpose for
which it was taken must be returned to the owner.
Fair market value is the highest price the property would bring on the
open market.
Property owners shall not be liable for the government's attorney fees
or costs.


PROTECT YOURSELF

When the United States Supreme Court ruled that the government could
take private property from person A and give it to private person B,
it ignited a fuse of public discontent that has not been silenced.
Kelo v. City of New London, 125 S.Ct. 2655 (2005). Nor will it be
silenced until the people of this country know their homes are safe.

Nevadans are all to familiar with this kind of government abuse. We
know all to well that the government has helped itself to person A's
property in order to deliver it to person B. In fact, the Nevada
Supreme Court in the case of City of Las Vegas Downtown Redevelopment
Agency v. Pappas, 76 P.3d 1 (Nev. 2003) confirmed this type of
degradation of our constitutional rights.

The United States Supreme Court who themselves were unwilling to
protect private property from this type of governmental abuse, put the
challenge of defending property rights into the laps of the citizens.
Welcoming the citizens of this country to limit their government's
ability to take private property, the court stated "We emphasize that
nothing in our opinion precludes any State from placing further
restrictions on its exercise of the takings power..." Kelo v. City of
New London, 125 S.Ct. 2655, 2668 (2005).

It is now time for the people of Nevada to accept this
challenge!!!!!!!!!!!

If.......I was going to reply but what's the point we have clergy men and
women clergy in the CofE and no doubt other churches who don't believe in
God, Christ, Satan, the resurrection and believe death is final. They draw
their stipend live in their rates free houses conduct services, prepare
candidates for Confirmation, recruit young men and women to prepare for the
ministry of Gods Word and officiate at civic functions. Some of them even
take part in Druid and Wiccan services. Some of them teach religion,
christian ethics and morality in faith based schools....when they are not
shagging the arse of their pupils that is. The Ministry of Hypocrisy I call
it. And you lot are getting steamed up because that fellow sitting
in Augustans chair has more faces than the town clock!
It seems to me that if a bunch of practicing Gays want to join that bunch
they need their fucking heads looking at. (Apologies for the obscenity!!)
