Did any one else notice after the dust settled around the launch of
Fifteen in Cornwall any of the benefits that the restauraunt will bring
to the local area except a lot of very wealthy diners with second
homes?? Jamie got very upset with the interviewer from Five Live radio
when she suggested that the kids woud head for London once trained.
here's a good article about the draw backs of the restaurant

Good interview

He would be right to be annoyed - though I don't see that he was, he just
put his point of view across in a very civil manner

He trains the kids up, and even says in that interview that the London scene
is not the same as what you have in Cornwall.

Why should he have to be responsible for their entire future careers? Why
should the kids have to stay in Cornwall if they don't want to?

Is Rick Stein also bad for attracting middle class Londerners to his
restaurants?
