Networks, Wi-fi, Firewalls, CNC Computers, External hard disks, SAN,
NAS, Printers, Scanners, Flat screen TV (giant PC monitors), MS
Windows 3.xx, 95, 98, Me, XP, Vista, 7, NT, 2000, 2008, Linux (various
distros), application software, data backup, data recovery, web sites,
e-commerce, social networking, malware (virus / trojans), computer
security, etc.

With vast experience of all the things denoted above, it seems rather
strange that bunts new business venture still appears to operate from
the boot of his car? Could it be that his experience of IT is
comparable to his understanding of the law, and sales of cut price lap-
top battery's?

I get the feeling that anyone reading buntys blog probably wont be
contacting him to have work carried out, as it appears to have been
generated from the self same hymn sheet, as all the crap about legal
matters posted on here, in advance of all his rubbish being kicked out
by an Exeter judge in 2006!

period of many years proved he is adept at bullying and harassing

courses without any form of CRB checks on staff?

In 2006 bunt got just a small taste of the self same medicine he had
been dishing out himself for decades, and rather than face up to the
fact he was unable to handle this, or deal with very simple matters of
legal procedure. .....................Maybe you should have provided

If thats so then it seems highly improbable that bunt would have
crawled away and hidden under a stone, following his highly
embarrassing defeat in 2006!

The fact is the way bunt handled the court case is in fact reflective
of him being pretty dim, as well as a bully, liar, and cheat (have a
read of his SOC to confirm those things).

I did, badly written, and no, I cringed when I read it, too personal from
litigant in person! With correct representation, the outcome may have been
very different, and not in your favour, by virtue of the ISPs getting a
landmark decision.

No bunts stuff wasnt only badly written, what was contended within was
not supportable by any form of evidence or proof, and very strongly
suggested that he has some deep seated psychiatric problems. Only a
fool would have thought that nonsense would have held water in court,
and had there not been a want on the part of the ISP's to establish
precedent in their favour, then I imagine the case would have been
struck out before reaching the RCJ, due to non compliance relating to
earlier N266's and bunty subsequently ignoring the unless order issued
by Bristol District Registry.

Not entirely sure of the law here, but as bunt was in breach of the
Bristol unless order, when the case went to the RCJ, if he wasnt such
a complete fruitcake and having little or no grasp of simple matters
of procedure, then it seems there is a possibility of him applying to
have the Eady RCJ judgement struck out, which would mean the ISPs
would then need to find another dupe to help them establish a useful
precedent in their favour.................

can prove she has suffered lasting damage as a result of name calling
on the net, and most importantly those who have been ribbing her have
money, its most certainly the end of the matter, and all she will have

details, most of which I would imagine she would have wanted to keep
private.

Unless that woman can afford to pay for proper legal representation,
can prove she has suffered lasting damage as a result of name calling
on the net, and most importantly those who have been ribbing her have
money, its most certainly the end of the matter, and all she will have
achieved is letting everyone know pretty much all her personal
details, most of which I would imagine she would have wanted to keep
private.
The cost of satisfaction can not be quantified.
