Looking for cottage to rent for holiday Helford River

Hi Am considering a holiday to the Helford River next year spring or
late summer. Persons will be myself and my sister plus a very well
behaved mature Alsatian better than some children !!!
Am looking for self catering type such as a cottage or similar.

Some of these allow dogs. It is difficult to create a Boolean expression in
search to find a phrase where it only shows where dogs are
allowed/permitted/welcome/with prior arrangement.
