Hi folks!

Had a link sent to me re Club Domaine, which looks to be a
timeshare/holiday park co. with three locations. I might consider the
one near Newquay for a family holiday, depending on feedback:

http://www.cornwallholidays.gb.com/index.html

Is there any experience of this outfit on these NGs? Perhaps people who
might even have dealt with or worked there?
How family-friendly is it (or is it aimed mostly at the DINK-type
clientele)?
Is there much to do on-site, or is it acco-only for the most part (the
website isn't all that clear)?
Formal or unfussy?

Any feedback or experiences would be really helpful.

TIA.

That would explain all the manic cackling then ...

Right, sorry to have intruded upon your inbred, kleptomaniacal,
disease-ridden conversations, Compo!

I recently had a phone call to say i had entered a competition and although
I didn't win the main prize i had won a break at newquay. With club domaine.
I would have to sit through a 90 minute speil although when asked not hard
sell!!! Having booked I recieved a letter saying I would be required to sit
through a 90 minute informal presentation on the benefits of Club La costa
portfolio of leisure ownership products. Anyway I have been trying to find
out more and came across a web page called http://www.crimeshare.net/whinges.
html which may be helpful. Although there is only one reference that I
could find to Atlantic reach. Anyway I am committed to a break in July
which i will attend without any cheques or credit cards. Maybe take along a
couple of noisy children instead! I will feedback come july.
